Booking & Salon Policies

MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING

📅 Booking Schedule
Appointments open at the end of each month.
Example: December bookings open on November 30th.

✅ IMPORTANT BOOKING REMINDERS

  • Please book using a valid email and phone number.

  • New clients must book a consultation before selecting a service.

  • Returning clients, please also ensure you’ve read all service descriptions thoroughly.

By booking, you agree to all policies listed below. Failure to comply will result in immediate cancellation.

📌 DEPOSIT POLICY

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • Accepted methods: Zelle, Cash App, Venmo (see details below)

  • If a deposit is not received within 24 hours of booking, your request will be denied.

  • If you need to reschedule, your deposit can roll over once to a new appointment within the same month as the original booking.

  • Cancellations made after the 48-hour mark or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit.

  • Remaining balance must be paid via Cash or Zelle only.
    (No Venmo or Cash App accepted the day of your appointment.)

How to Pay Deposit:

  1. In the payment note, write the word “Gift”

  2. Send via:

❌ CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Clients may reschedule up to 48 hours prior to the appointment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may roll over if rescheduled within the same month.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows = forfeited deposit.

⏱️ LATE POLICY

  • 30-minute grace period for services 4 hours or longer

  • 10-minute grace period for services under 4 hours

  • If you arrive after the grace period, your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit forfeited. No exceptions.

💇‍♀️ SERVICE PREP GUIDELINES

  • All services include wash + blow dry

  • If arriving with pre-washed hair:

    • Do not oversaturate with oils or leave-ins. Hair will be rewashed regardless.

    • Hair must be fully dried and stretched — otherwise, it will be blow-dried again. No exceptions.

Extensions Note:

  • Hair is not included with service. Please bring:

    • 8+ packs of pre-stretched Kanekalon braiding hair

    • 8–10 packs of twisting hair

    • At least 3 bundles for all installs
      If you want me to purchase hair for you, please notify me a week prior to appointment.(For extensions 2 weeks prior)

🚫 GUEST POLICY

  • To maintain a calm and focused environment, please do not bring additional guests to your appointment.

    • (Children receiving services are allowed, but I ask that parents do not stay unless necessary.)
